Responsible Seafood Summit 2026
The Responsible Seafood Summit (Bangkok, 21–24 September 2026) is the sector's main annual gathering on sustainability and responsible sourcing, drawing brands, producers and retailers from across the seafood value chain. EiQ is attending to talk with sourcing and sustainability teams about the labour and human rights risk that sits deep in seafood supply chains, and how to find and evidence it.

The Responsible Seafood Summit returns for its 25th edition, and to Thailand for the first time since 2012. Hosted by the Global Seafo
od Alliance and co-hosted by The Center for Responsible Seafood, it brings together professionals from across the seafood value chain, from producers and processors to retailers and foodservice buyers, to work through the issues shaping the industry's future. This year's programme includes a dedicated shrimp track.
Seafood is one of the sectors where labour and human rights risk is hardest to see and hardest to evidence. Much of the risk sits far upstream, at the vessel and farm level, where visibility is poor and conventional audits reach only so far. For brands sourcing seafood, the practical challenge is the same one that runs through every complex supply chain: how to find the risk that matters, prioritise it, and show the work behind a sourcing decision.
EiQ combines LRQA's responsible sourcing audit data with AI-powered analytics and incident monitoring to give brands a clearer view of risk across their supply chains, down to product level. Alex Tunesi, Senior Advisor at EiQ, will be at the summit to show what that looks like in practice.
Across all four days, you'll find him in the workshops and at the EiQ tables in the networking area. Come over for a demo, or just to compare notes on what you're seeing in your own supply chains. To arrange a meeting ahead of the event, email us at eiq@lrqa.com.
LRQA will also be represented at the summit by Melanie Siggs, who is hosting a delegate conversation during the programme.
